From order request by e-mail through to secure file transfer protocol we are able to receive orders in the format of your choice. Our secure network ensures that various data exchange functions in an efficient and secure manner.

Order Picking
From a single piece order call off right through to bulk shipments and cross-dock we are able to handle all types of order profile whilst our 3pm next day cut off provides our customers with a competitive edge on service. Our carefully planned picking layouts and refined picking strategy including stock rotation, ensures additional focus that breeds exceptional accuracy.

Packing
Our packing stations are well equipped with all the necessary tools to deliver an efficient and quality driven packing process. Packaging can be recycled and can be supplied by customer if they prefer. The data input associated with the packing process ensures real time reporting and transparency of order status.
A Gift wrapping service is also available.

Despatch
Our customer’s goods are assembled into relevant holding areas pending on their method of distribution. All consignments carry a unique identity to aid traceability and delivery paperwork accompanies each outbound shipment. Where appropriate, completed manifests can be forwarded to the customer once the loading process is complete and all collections from site are signed for.
