Stock Rotation, Status and Batch Control
Our bespoke systems and operating procedures enable all goods to be rotated in line with customer requirements including a simple first in first out approach (F.I.F.O.). We are able to tag your goods by status e.g. free stock, quarantine, Bonded etc. and our stringent receiving controls provide the ability to pick by batch as required. Using our secure remote access feature our customers have "real time" access to view their inventory whatever time of day.

Cyclical Counting
In addition to the more traditional yearend stock take we adopt a pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy on a continual basis. Our cyclical counting programme ensures that inventory levels by storage location are validated on a frequent basis. In adopting this method we can assure our customers that our end of day inventory confirmation is a “Live” stock status.

Annual Stock Count
Most of our customers link their financial year end to an on-site stock count. In the presence of a customer nominated auditor we are able to complete a comprehensive and fully transparent count whilst the results are published in a user friendly format. In addition we can facilitate the customer to complete a count by providing support in the form of resource and equipment as required.

Benefits: An average of 0.03% annual stock variance and ongoing customer confidence

Zero Tolerance Programme
Our ZT programme ensures that all “critical control points” are audited by the 3PL management team on weekly basis. This audit includes ad hoc checking of work completed e.g. pick accuracy, quality of finished goods etc. and helps to maintain quality awareness within the team.
