Customer Services and Contact Centre
Our primary customer service function is on hand to provide everyday assistance to you the customer directly. Our “three ring” policy ensures a prompt response to all enquiries in a timely and friendly manner. In addition to our standard service offering our Contact Centre is on hand to liaise directly with your end customers as required. The Contact Centre function is tailored towards facilitating ecommerce business and can interface with end customers by phone, email and post.
Procurement
Our Complementary sourcing service provides you with significant buying power. Our extensive supply base ensures that we source quality items at hard to beat prices. In direct relation to our services we are able to source and purchase consumable items e.g. Packaging materials, pallets etc on your behalf whilst our next day parcel and pallet delivery services are probably the lowest cost around without sacrificing quality.
Reporting
Our management information systems provide a wealth of useful data upon demand. The typical reports we provide as standard are as follows:
- Monthly service pack
- Daily End of business report (Ins and Outs plus stock balance on hand)
- Account analysis: sales by SKU, non-moving stock etc.
All reports can be tailored to suit and delivery can be automated to receive at a time suitable to your business.
