The key stages for your business

If you require fulfilment by Amazon support (F.B.A.) and have opted to outsource your F.B.A. prep activity to us then our simple 5 step process will help to set you on your way:

Step 1: Account Registration

To open an FBA prep account simply click on the link to register your details and provide any supplementary information as required. You will receive an initial email acknowledgement and subject to authorisation your account will be activated within 2 working days of registration providing you with access to our web portal. Your activation or decline notification will also be issued via email.
Please Note: If you are already using or intend to use our wider support services in addition to FBA prep then please state this in your registration and a member of our customer support team will liaise with your directly to assist with registration.

Step 2:  Log on to your Amazon seller account and create an FBA shipment

You can manage your FBA products online using applications that allow near real-time management of your inventory. Identify the listings (SKUs) you would like Amazon to fulfil for you. You can create a shipment from either of these screens. If you are unsure on to complete this task the link below will offer further guidance.

Step 3: Create an ASN via our web portal

Using the template provided complete the advanced shipping notification (A.S.N.) via our web portal.

Note: The ASN process only applies to stock that isn’t already in our warehouses.

Step 4: Create a sales order

Once the stock is showing on our inventory simply create a sales order via our web portal.

Step 5: Create a work instruction

The work instruction template is accessed via our web portal. Simply list the product lines that need preparing and tick the service options for each product line.

Note: If you are unsure of the specification of goods on arrival then please state this in the comments section of your ASN and we will undertake and inspection and raise the work order request for sign off before any preparation work is undertaken.
