Operating a multi-channel model, Manukora sells direct to consumers (D2C) via its eCommerce website alongside retail and marketplace channels, including Holland & Barrett and Amazon.
As the brand expanded into the UK, it required a fulfilment solution capable of supporting both D2C and B2B operations, as servicing the market directly from New Zealand was costly and resulted in longer delivery lead times.
To support its UK growth, several key requirements were identified. Delivery speed and vendor compliance were critical, alongside access to value-added services, such as kitting and rework, to ensure products met finished goods specifications across all channels.
