As the brand scaled, so did the complexity of its logistics. Managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders alongside supplying gyms across multiple territories, including managing inventory across all its locations and ensuring every SKU was stocked at all times to support ad-hoc member purchases, created operational challenges.
