Yes, to comply with UK legislation, namely the Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS), you will need these credentials for us to be legally compliant. In some cases, the MRN (Movement Reference Number) must also be supplied.
The FHDDS is a UK law that establishes registration, due diligence, and record-keeping requirements for fulfilment house operators in the UK with respect to goods of non-UK origin owned by or stored on behalf of non-UK sellers.
