Customer Returns Initiated
When a customer requests a return, they follow your brand’s return instructions. The parcel is then sent directly back to our 3PL fulfilment centre, where it’s received and logged into our system.
Let us handle your Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) product returns with a professional, efficient service backed by over 20 years of fulfilment experience.

Returns management is the process of receiving, inspecting and processing products that your customers, partners, or wholesalers send back after purchase. Whether an item is the wrong size, unwanted, “sale or return”, or damaged in transit, we handle every step of the process to ensure fast resolution and minimal disruption. As part of the 3PL Flex fulfilment service (also available to 3PL Direct customers), we manage returns directly on your behalf, helping you maintain customer satisfaction while protecting stock value and operational efficiency.
When a customer requests a return, they follow your brand’s return instructions. The parcel is then sent directly back to our 3PL fulfilment centre, where it’s received and logged into our system.
Once the returned item arrives at 3P Logistics, our returns team inspects it for quality and condition. We verify whether the product is unopened, unused, or faulty and record all details against the original order.
Depending on your returns policy, goods are either restocked, repackaged, refurbished, or disposed of responsibly. Every step is handled in line with your brand’s requirements and compliance standards.
Once processed, confirmation is sent back to your system or eCommerce platform (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento), triggering a refund, replacement, or exchange for the customer.
Managing returns in-house can be complex and time-consuming. We take care of every stage, from receiving and inspecting goods to updating stock levels and notifying your customers.
Fast, transparent returns processing keeps customers happy and protects your reputation. We ensure every return is handled quickly, accurately and professionally.
Our team assesses each returned item to determine if it can be restocked, refurbished or recycled, helping you recover value and minimise unnecessary loss.
