Customer Returns Initiated
When a customer requests a return, they follow your brand’s return instructions. The parcel is then sent directly back to our 3PL fulfilment centre, where it’s received and logged into our system.
Occasionally, customers may need to return an item. Our team manages every return smoothly and professionally, leaving you to focus on the next sale.

Returns management is the process of receiving, inspecting and processing products that customers send back after purchase. Whether an item is the wrong size, unwanted, or damaged in transit, we handle every step of the process to ensure fast resolution and minimal disruption. As part of the 3PL Direct fulfilment service (also available to 3PL Flex customers), we manage returns directly on your behalf, helping you maintain customer satisfaction while protecting stock value and operational efficiency.

Once the returned item arrives at 3P Logistics, our returns team inspects it for quality and condition. We verify whether the product is unopened, unused, or faulty and record all details against the original order.
Once processed, confirmation is sent back to your system or eCommerce platform (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento), triggering a refund, replacement, or exchange for the customer.
