All customers receive personalised onboarding training from the 3PL team, including specialist training videos that we have produced specifically for you. A comprehensive tutorial section is built into 3PL Fusion. For any additional questions, you can contact our customer support team directly.

Our development team is continually developing new integrations, so please don’t hesitate to ask. For platforms where we don’t have an integration, our REST API typically allows you to integrate your platform quickly.

The only time you will need to enter data manually is when confirming the shipment of inbound stock to us (although the API can also handle this). You can additionally manually enter orders when required, but this is usually the exception.

Well, first of all, we hope you don’t! Of course, if you need to move away, then typically all your essential data will already be in your backend, as all data is synced between platforms. Our team will help with anything out of the ordinary.
