3PL Fusion is a complete eCommerce fulfilment software platform, developed and maintained by the 3PL team. With 3PL Fusion, the complexities of two-way integration between your online shopping platform and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and dispatch systems are made as simple as possible. Using this platform, your shopping platform of choice (see our integrations below) automatically sends your orders directly to 3PL, where our team then picks, kits and dispatches them directly to your customers or partners.
As soon as the process is complete, 3PL Fusion sends accurate dispatch and tracking information back to your platform, which can be relayed back to your customer.

3PL Fusion offers API integration with the majority of common global carriers, enabling it to digitally book deliveries and send the necessary information, including customs clearance documentation for international exports, to the carriers.

End-to-end visibility of every order
Every delivery is fully tracked throughout the fulfilment process, from the moment it is purchased all the way through to customer delivery.
You can view the history of every order at any time, with 3PL Fusion updating your shopping platform at key intervals – for example, once packed, shipped and received.
We additionally send carrier tracking numbers back to your shopping platform, which allows you to forward these to your customer.
