3PL Fusion is a complete fulfilment platform, developed and maintained by the 3PL team. With 3PL Fusion, the complexities of two-way integration between your backend business systems and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and dispatch systems are made as simple as possible.

Our integrated APIs enable your platforms to send orders directly to 3PL, where our team then picks, kits and dispatches them directly to your customers, retail partners or distribution partners. As soon as the process is complete, 3PL Fusion sends accurate dispatch and tracking information back to your platform.

For multi-channel 3PL Flex customers, who supply both B2C and B2B customers, plus deal with complex inbound stock, 3PL Fusion integrates directly with the most common CRM/ERP and WMS platforms.

Once connected, your backend business systems can send details of every order you receive directly to 3PL Fusion. This includes B2C sales made directly via your website/app or orders received by your retail partners, which may require delivery directly to the consumer or into a store.

Information sent includes what you sold, to whom you sold it, and where it needs to be delivered.

3PL Fusion turns this information into picking and packing instructions for our team, allowing us to fulfil the order for you.

As you’d expect, you can see a snapshot of all our fulfilment activities at any time through the interactive dashboard.

3PL Fusion offers API integration with the majority of common global carriers, enabling it to digitally book deliveries and send the necessary information, including customs clearance documentation for international exports, to the carriers.

We also send carrier tracking numbers back to your backend systems, allowing you to match GRNs with your suppliers and customers.
