The government has said that online retailers can ‘operate normally’, but COVID-19 is very serious and nothing feels normal for any of us at the moment.

Being a vital part of the supply chain means that we are fortunate to have key worker status and this has enabled us to continue to operate.
In these unusual times, we’re trying to keep it ‘business as usual’. We’re working closely with brands and retailers like Morrisons, Elvie, RawSport, NaturesPlus, and For Goodness Shakes to support the nation and ensure people still get food and healthcare goods, when they need it.
Although we are still operating, we still need to put our people first and to help protect our teams and keep their families and communities safe. We have introduced the recommended steps to create a sage working environment and now all office-based staff work from home and our warehouse teams respect the social distancing guidelines at all times.
It hasn’t been easy, but we are committed to providing support to our community when they need us the most.
